PXC3100 is a max. 176 x 240 display driver/controller IC. PXC3100 is fully compatible to Hitachi's HD66789R.

• 18/16/9/8 bit parallel bus interface (80 & 68 systems) and serial pheripheral interface (SPI)

• Internal graphic RAM of 176 x 18 x 240 = 760,320 bits
• Window access function for graphic memory
• Bit operation function for memory write
• Vertical scroll function
• Power save mode of standby and sleep modes.
• Partial display of upto two screens for power save.
• n-line inversion mode
• Supports TFT display retention of Cst only.
• VCOM drivers and gamma drivers are built-in.
• Internal power supply circuits: upto 6 times stepup
• Operating voltages:
  • VCC = 2.4V to 3.0V (logic voltage)
  • IOVCC = 1.65V ~ 3.0V (interface I/O power supply)
  • VCI = 2.5V to 3.0V (reference voltage input for stepup circuits)
  • DDVDH = 4.5V to 5.5V (power supply for source drivers)
