PXC3007S is basically the shrink version of PXC3002S and is designed to reduce the chip cost. PXC3007S is fully compatible to Hitachi's HD66791.

  • VCI = 2.5V to 3.0V (reference voltage input for stepup circuits)
  • DDVDH = 4.5V to 5.5V (power supply for source drivers)
